Ingredients:
- Idli mix packet
- Water
- Oil for greasing
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, uniformly mix the contents of the idli mix packet.
Grease the idli stand with oil.
Take a ladleful of batter and fill each idli mould.
Pour 1/2 cup of water into the idli steamer and let it come to a boil.
Place the idli stand inside the steamer and close the lid.
Steam the idlis for 10 minutes on high heat.
After 10 minutes, turn off the heat and let the idlis cool for a few minutes.
Remove the idli stand from the steamer and gently scoop the idlis out using a spoon.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
