DOSA

Ingredients:

  1. Dosa batter mix (1 packet),
  2. water (400 ml),
  3. ghee or oil (as required)

Method:

Uniformly mix the contents of the packet with 400 ml water.
Allow the batter to sit for 5 minutes.
Heat the tawa. Once it is heated, pour one small cup of batter on the heated tawa surface and spread a small spoon of ghee or oil.
Once it is cooked, serve hot.
