Beef curry

Ingredients:

  1. 1 kg – Beef
  2. 3 – Onion
  3. 3 – Green Chilly
  4. Salt
  5. Curry Leaves
  6. 1 cup – Water
  7. Coriander Leaves
  8. 11/2 tbsp – Ginger
  9. 11/2 tbsp – Garlic
  10. ½ tsp – Pepper powder
  11. 2 tbsp – Nellon Meat Masala
  12. 1 tsp – Perinjeerakam
  13. 3 tsp – Vinegar

Preparation:

Step 1
Heat oil in a pan. Add finely sliced onion, green chillies, curry leaves and salt. Saute until it becomes light brown.
Step2
Grind together ginger, garlic, pepper powder, chilli powder, meat Masala, Perinjeerakam powder, and vinegar.
Step3
Add this mixture and fry well. Add water and add enough salt to the gravy. Mix well.
Step4
Then add beef and mix it again. Cook it until the beef is done.
Step5
Add coriander leaves and boil till gravy has thick consistency as you desire. Serve it with boiled rice, neychoru/ghee rice, appam, parotta, puttu or Chappati.
